Privacy policy

The website has no registration, no newsletter and no data-collecting form. We process personal data primarily when you contact us at the e-mail address or phone number provided: in that case we process the data supplied in your message (such as name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of the message).

In addition, the website processes technical data strictly necessary for its operation (see the section on cookies), and the hosting provider logs requests during delivery (such as IP address, timestamp) for the purpose of operating and securing the system.

We process the data provided when you get in touch in order to answer your enquiry, to prepare quotations and to communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The processing of technical data required for the operation of the website serves the secure and intended provision of the service; the legal basis is likewise legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (such as the session cookie and the security cookie for so-called CSRF protection). Without these the site would not function properly, and therefore, under EU rules, their use does not require separate consent.

The player for YouTube videos in the portfolio is loaded only after you click to play the video. From that point, YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own terms.

The portfolio may contain videos displayed using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page first loads, it shows only a preview image stored on our own server; a connection to YouTube is established only after you click the play button.

When playback starts, YouTube may receive information including your IP address, technical device and browser data, and information relating to the viewing. The legal basis for this transfer is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by clicking the play button. We retain the data provided when you get in touch only for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry or for any cooperation arising from it, and delete it thereafter, unless a legal provision requires longer retention.

The website’s hosting provider acts as a processor in storing the data: Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary). The provider accesses the data stored on the server within the scope of technical operation.

You may at any time request information about the personal data we process about you, request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, and object to the processing. You can raise your request via the contact details above; we will respond without undue delay.
